Shah Rukh Khan brought his signature charm to the preview of Aryan Khan’s debut series The Ba**ds Of Bollywood*, where his fun exchange with actress Mona Singh became one of the evening’s highlights.
SRK recalls his favorite show
The superstar praised Mona, recalling that Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin was his all-time favorite show and calling her one of its highlights. He also playfully complained about her frequently taking on mother roles at a young age, while appreciating how well she portrays them.
Mona’s witty response to SRK
The actress jokingly replied that since Shah Rukh plays the young hero in films like Jawan, someone has to take up the mother’s role, which leaves her with fewer younger roles. In response, SRK promised her a lead role opposite him in the future.
Mona played Abhay Verma’s mother in Munjya (June 2024) and earlier appeared as Gurpreet Kaur Chaddha, Laal’s mother, in Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha (2022).
